All products are delivered digitally via email or hosted platforms (Notion, HeyGen, LoveArt.ia, etc.).

 

3. License & Usage

When you purchase a product from BrandGPT.io, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the materials for your own brand or business.

 

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute the content in whole or in part without permission

  • Use the materials to create competing products or services

  • Publish or upload the materials publicly

 

We protect our intellectual property under Copyright Law and Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 — meaning you may share only excerpts for non-commercial purposes, with attribution, and without modification.

 

4. AI Usage Disclaimer

Some products integrate with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, LoveArt.ia, Midjourney, HeyGen).

  • AI outputs are suggestions only and should be reviewed by you before use

  • We are not liable for inaccuracies or third-party copyright issues from AI-generated content

  • You are responsible for checking trademarks, copyrights, and compliance before launching your brand.

 

5. Payments

All prices are in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments).
Access to digital content is granted upon successful payment.

 

6. Refund Policy

Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds unless:

  • The product was not delivered, and

  • You contact us within 7 days of purchase

If you experience technical issues, we will work with you to resolve them promptly.

 

7. Delivery

  • Brand OS Toolkit & AI Course: Delivered via email and/or direct download immediately after payment

  • Sprint Pro: Includes scheduling and delivery of personalized guidance within agreed timelines

 

8. Limitation of Liability

BrandGPT.io and its owners are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data from the use of our products

  • Business outcomes resulting from the implementation of our strategies

  • Delays or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms
